1.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on the cbajr platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must not have any previous cbajr account, whether active or closed.
• You must register with true, accurate, and complete information.
• You are managing the account for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Only one cbajr account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, all accounts may be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited. IP address, device information, payment method, and personal details will be considered when determining whether accounts belong to the same person.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbajr may request completion of an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time. Any of the following documents may be required during this process:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of a mobile banking account).

If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. 2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

2.4 Source of Funds

The user confirms that the funds they are depositing into cbajr have been earned from a legitimate source. If money laundering or other illegal activities are suspected, cbajr reserves the right to investigate the account and hold the associated funds.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

cbajr offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

cbajr takes strict measures to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Using "low-risk" strategies (such as betting on both sides) to progress through bonus requirements.
• Transferring bonuses through linked accounts.

If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

3.4 VIP Program & Cashback

cbajr has four VIP levels for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Progression through VIP levels depends on continued activity on the platform. cbajr reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

3.5 Promotion Validity & Changes

All promotions and special offers have a set validity period. cbajr reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice. For the latest information on promotions, contact our support team directly.

4.1 Game Fairness

• Fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.

5.2 Collusion
